I am an Ironman Certified Coach, training and project methodologist and I run programs for endurance sport athletes.
My training in the field of sport begins with the achievement of the I.S.E.F. diploma, for which I focused on the modification of technical-tactical and conditional training in triathlon, with the inclusion of the trail.
Subsequently I obtained a Master's Degree in Physical Education, with a thesis entitled:
"The Frontier of Endurance: the Ironman".
I competitively practiced various sports such as track and field, soccer, tennis, karate, motocross, MTB, and cycling.
